Invisible Children

Last night Alissa at Pulaski House hosted Missions and Ministry (M and M) for Food and Feature. M and M is focussed on learning about other cultures, countries and current events. According to Alissa the purpose of M and M is to “pray for our missionary friends and strengthening and reevaluate our understanding of the global church.”

Every fourth week M and M either watches a movie, goes to an event or hosts a speaker. Last night we watched the documentary Invisible Children. The film powerfully documents the civil war that has been raging in Uganda for over twenty years. The most unfortunate victims are the children who are abducted and brainwashed by the rebels to be soldiers. Definitely check out this video and pray for a breakthrough in Uganda.
